When Kumi comes in the kitchen

Today, I cleaned the living room, washroom, kitchen and sorted out some garbage,
so it was nice to take care of few things in the house.

I then prepared dinner for my grandma and I before leaving to the gym, so I took a few photos of them:

I wanted to eat lots of vegetables, so here is a dish with colorful veges,
slice of ham and peanuts for crunchy asian taste. Was very tasty!!! :)

I boiled a bunch of spinach and sliced carrot and wrapped them around with a slice of beef, sprinkled salt and pepper and fly pan them until cooked. Once it was cooked, I removed them and pour 2 tbsp of sake, 2 tbsp of mirin, 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tbsp of sugar to make the sauce. This dish turned out pretty good. So try it if you like:

Boiled beans with sesame dressing:

Cucumber and crab meat salad (sunomono-vinegar dressing):

All turned out pretty tasty and healthy that my grandma was happy. :)
It's always nice to have lots of different ingredients in a meal. That is my ideal meal to get all the nutrients for the day :)
