Just a quick update on my HEART

I had no drivin lesson today, so I had an opportunity to go and see a heart specialist today finally.

Well, I appear to have an abnormal cardiac rhythm (irregular heart beat). But this is nothing new, cause whenever I had my heart checked up when I was young, the doctor always indicated this problem to me. But for the past over 20 years, I had absolutely no problem running around in the play ground swinging my baseball bat chasing after some neighbor kids (joke) or running until I get no sensation on my feet for over 3 hrs and half (true story)...so not sure why this is becoming a problem right now.

The doctor told me that I get an extra beat between the normal heart rhythm, and this can cause me to have a heart pain especially when I am under great stress mentally and physically.

Thankfully this irregular beat is caused from the upper left chamber. What this means is that it is not like insufficient oxygen will be delivered to the rest of my body when this happens; therefore, it does not risk my life even when I continue to experience this. But since it causes such acute heart pain, I may be suggested to take a medication to deal with this problem. But before he gives me some medication, we agree to monitor my heart activity for 24 hours on May 6th to determine the cause of my problem. :)

It sort of sounds serious, but really, I am doing well right now. The doctor said that I should try to get good nite sleep (enough sleep) and relax more. Thinking back, my heart pain started when I was averaging 3-4 hrs of sleep last fall, so this sort of makes sense. LOL

So I plan on going to bed early tonite, waking up early tomorrow to go to the gym before getting my 2 hr driving lesson. On the way to expanding my gang crew on the road...

That's right. I had a temp permit driving test in the morning. Well, this time, I tried my hardest to "relax" before driving, and I thankfully passed it! Woo hoo! I did not get the heart ache, so I was super happy! Yay!

Then I was allowed to write the written test (to officially get my temp permit) finally! I scored the second highest (sorry I wasn't the highest. boo) and got my temp permit today! :)

So after that, I went on the road to practice driving for 2 hours, which was full of FUN :) So today's driving experience finally gave me a reason to gain much confidence in my driving. Thanks to those of you who cheered me up on this mission. I thought of you while taking the test, and I think that all the energy that I got from yous helped me loads :) thanks!!!!

phew. I feel I am going to have a good nite's sleep tonite. I am going to wake up early tomorrow to go to the gym before going to school tomorrow, so I am going to end my blog here this time. Hope you are blessed with great energy in your life :) Massive Huggle Attack! :)

Driving Lesson after 5 Days of not driving.

I went to school today after 5 days of not driving.

My 50 minutes lesson went well. I practiced lots at the zig zac section of the school driving route (crank). I did all right, and my teacher said that I need to relax and be less nervous,cause my driving is just *fine*!! lol

So I think I need to smoke some weed before my test tomorrow, but alas, I am not a pot head, so I do not own any glass with me. haha~ (never was into the whole smoking thing anyway).

Well, it was still 1pm when I came home, so I designed and created a few earrings taking advantage of the early afternoon spare time. So if any of you were interested, please view my accessory page.

By the way, I was listening to "Wicked is the music" by Crazy Penis and Jeremy Ellis Interview by Ange while making the earrings. That sort of explains the nature of the created designs
and names :) I was happy with my creativity though :)

I have my driving lesson test (again) tomorrow morning. I truly hope that the weather will be great and I will not get too nervous taking the test though. Wish me good luck :) Peace
